Description:

the Bizzozero is a urban park of 40 thousands square meters fenched, located in the former Podere between via Montebello via Duca Alessandro and via Bizzozero, streets all equipped with bikes tracks, as well as in the park. In the park are also jogging paths, playground for kids suitable for disabled, dogs area, but most of all the garden of senses created for blind people.

In October 2009 began the upgrading of the area that includes two new gardens, created to complete the educational project. The didactic itinerary is now made of a city wood of biocompensation which is the result of a project about some trees, identified as means to helping fight the pollution, a new shared Garden to give everyone the chance to try gardening and the Garden of poets dedicated to ten poets from Parma. The itinerary takes visitors to a amphitheatre at the end.

In the park are 170 new trees, climbing plants, flowers and aromatic plants.
