Felino is a small town of the Baganza valley renown for its gastronomic products, such as salami and Parma ham. Its square shaped castle, encircled by a moat guarded by four corner towers dates back to the 12th century. Access to the central court and frescoed interiors is from a drawing well.
The Torrione, or tower, is a typical example of 14th century outwork built with river worn stones with defensive purposes. Noteworthy also the Church Arcipretale dated back to the 12th century and the Parish church of Sant'Ilario Baganza, built in 1230 but lately rearranged during the centuries.
