Participants can learn hands-on and helping the cook prepare the dishes that will be tasted together.
A full immersion in the joyful atmosphere of our home kitchens.
Cookink courses also in English and Spanish.

Teacher's Profile:
Ilaria Bertinelli was born in the Province of Parma from a family of entrepreneurs and producers of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. She graduated in simultaneous interpreting in English and Spanish in 1993 from the University of Trieste and since 1996 she has been managing the company of specialised language services Interconsul S.r.l. in Parma, carrying out mainly conference interpreting and specialised language training.
Her great passion for cooking and her family story led to the publishing of her book of Narrative Based Medicine "Uno Chef per Gaia", published by Maria Margherita Bulgarini - Florence, whose copyright revenues are entirely donated to Italy's largest patients' associations AIC, Italian Associations of Coeliacs, and AGD, Association of Young Diabetics.
