From the difficult reconstruction of the country after the Second world war devastation to the impressive economic boom of the ’60s. This is the historical period narrated in the pictures of this outstanding exhibition. 15 years when a devastated and worn-out country found a way to overcome the traumas of the war and set off a turbulent economical, social development, admired all over the world. A unique, exciting and contradictory moment, a story so intense to remain relevant in our present days.

The exhibition, organized by Istituto Luce-Cinecittà and promoted by Assessorato alla Cultura del Comune di Parma with CSAC - Centro Studi e Archivio della Comunicazione dell’Università di Parma, by Enrico Menduni and Gabriele D’Autilia.
