After the great success of its first edition the charming dinner Cena dei Mille will open again ideally the Settembre Gastronomico. For one night the historical centre of Parma, Unesco Creative City of Gastronomy, will be transformed in an open air gourmet restaurant.

On Tuesday September 3, the historical centre of Parma will be transformed in a charming outdoor gourmet restaurant, for a thousand guests. The menu will be studied by the chef of Parma Quality Restaurants, with the precious direction of chef Massimo Spigaroli, President of the Parma UNESCO Foundation Creative City of Gastronomy. There will be a special contribution: the chef Norbert Niederkofler, with his “St. Hubertus" is in the Olympus of the 10 three-star Italian restaurants. Niederkofler has beautiful memories connected to the city of Parma: at the Regio Theatre, in fact, in November 2017, he was awarded with the third star by the Michelin Guide. A relationship destined to reinforce itself: in Parma the chef from Sud Tirolo will receive a new award, the Parma UNESCO Award Creative City of Gastronomy. The challenge for him is to adapt to the ducal context his principle of ethical and sustainable cuisine, which is an excellent synthesis in the famous claim "Cook The Mountain".

The procedees of the "Cena dei Mille” will go to a charity foundation: in the coming weeks the project will be unveiled.
