Food will be the star in Parma and in the province for a whole month, with a culinary journey and experiences involving local products known all over the world.

After having tasted Cibus with the off-site event Cibus Off in May and having experienced the City of gastronomy Festival in June, a new occasion to celebrate Parma's natural vocation as a Unesco City of Gastronomy. An event dedicated to the production chains of pasta, tomato, Prosciutto of Parma, Parmigiano cheese, milk and fishing products.
