Parking options
Parking in Parma is allowed the blue lines by payment, always out of the traffic restricted areas.

Another option is parking in attended paying parkings close to the city centre: Goito, Toschi, Duc, Dus, Kennedy and Via Abbeveratoia parking.

Exchange parkings are a free alternative for visitors wishing to leave their car and reach the city centre by shuttle bus. Automatic machines located in the exchange parkings sell tickets worth 2,00 euros valid on buses in town all day long. Exchange parkings are located in the access points of the town: west, north, south, east and Via Traversetolo.

Blue lines
Parking in the blue lines is free for cars showing the orange permit for disabled people and electric cars.  
Residents are entitled to two permits for free parking and must apply at the Tep office located at the Duc building. 

Parking zones
The historical centre of Parma is divided into three zones: Cicle-pedestrian zone 0 - 24, where transit is allowed only to residents; the Limited Traffic Areas (Z.T.L 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) where only artisans, tradesmen, private citizen with permit can park from 7.30am to 8.30pm for maximum 2 hours; paying zone (zones 6a, 6b, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13).

In the Restricted traffic areas there are three cameras working every day, included festivities: in Viale Mariotti and Viale Toscanini entry forbidden from 7.30am to 7.30pm, in via XXII Luglio entry forbidden from 7.30am to 11.30am and from 4.00pm to 7.00pm.

Nearby the blue lines are located the parking meters working with coins or season tickets on sale at the Infomobility Office: Viale Mentana, 27 or at Duc offices in Largo Torello de Strada, 11.
