DETAILS

The Csac, Center for the study and archive of Communication, was designed by the University of Parma as a public service focusing on communication topics, a place where all items about communication are gathered, preserved and analyzed.

It is divided into five departments: arts, media, design, photography, entertainment; each one housing several documents on contemporary culture. The art department displays about 100 works such as paintings and sculptures: from Sironi to Fontana, to Birolli, Vedova, Morlotti, Mattioli, Veronesi, Consagra, Schifano, Paolini, Max Bill.

 



HOURS
The office is open Monday and Friday from 8.00am to 2.00pm, from Tuesday to Thursday from 8.00am to 6.00pm; closed on Saturday and Sunday.
The reference room is open Tuesday and Thursday from 9.00am to 1.00pm and from 2.00pm to 5.00pm.

How to get there
Located 7 kms north of Parma, on the right along SS 343 direction Colorno.
